MR.PALLE RUNE: CHAIRMAN-NON EXECUTIVE
Mr.Palle Rune Is the former Managing Director of Standard Chartered Estate Management. He is a director of a number of prominent companies like MediVac Limited. Ears Security Limited and Spar Communications Ltd .He is an advisor to various coffee and other agricultural business and chairman of several agri-business companies like Brookside Dairies Limited and Shalimar Flowers Limited. He is also the Managing Director of Green Park Golf and Country Complex and Green Park Development In Naivasha.

MR.H.J.PAUNRANA: EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN
Mr. H. J. Paunrana founded the company in 1975 and has a rich experience in industrial minerals mining and processing in Kenya. He is considered to be the pioneer of the Industrial minerals industry in Kenya.His vast experience in prospecting and commercializing mineral resources has been the key factor behind the company continuous growth. He established The Athi River and Kaloleni Plants .He is closely involved in the company's strategic decision making as well as training of management in project planning ,implementation and control .He is considered to be one of the best experts in the Mining and Engineering Industry in Kenya and has been the driving force behind the company's expansion program.

MR.PRADEEP PAUNRANA: MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Pradeep H. Paunrana joined the company in 1984 and is the son of the founder Mr.H.J.Paunrana after graduating with Masters in Business Administration from the New York University Business School. All the new projects of the company have been under his management, Increasing the company's turnover from Kshs 15 million in 1984 to Kshs 900 million in 2000.

MR.SURENDRA BHATIA : DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Surendra Bhatia is a Chartered Engineer and holds an MBA degree from Bombay University .He was a University rank holder in Engineering and topped Bombay University at the MBA examination. Mr. Bhatia joined the Board in the year 2000.He brings over 20 years experience in Strategic Management and Corporate Planning.He also had the experience of working in the emerging markets of Asia, Middle East and Africa having worked with The Tata Group in India and The Bahwan Group in Middle East.

MR.WILFRED MURUNGI: NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Wilfred Murungi holds a BSc. In Engg and is a registered engineer and a member of the Institute of Engineers Kenya. He was the Technical Director of BAT Kenya Limited and in 1989 founded his own company Mastermind Tobbacco Limited .His Entrepreneur, Technical Skills and management philosophy have built Mastermind Tobbacco into a major player in the domestic cigarette market.
